2024 has been an important year for us: the year of our 30th anniversary and the year in which we surpassed the 4,000-person milestone working on this project. A period in which we closed with revenue of €255.6 million, 5.9% more than in 2023. This growth does not include revenue from the recent additions of IN2 and the Verne units, which reinforces the positive reading of the results.
EBITDA, meanwhile, exceeded €25 million, with a margin of 9.7%, reflecting our investments in key markets such as the United States, Ireland, and the United Arab Emirates, placing a strong emphasis on these regions because we believe in their potential. Furthermore, our net profit was €15.4 million, slightly higher than the previous year.
We have also strengthened our financial structure: equity has grown by 15.5% and assets stand at €167.1 million, figures that give us solidity and allow us to look to the future with confidence.
Regarding the dividend, the Board of Directors has proposed a dividend of €0.06 per share, 20% more than the previous year and representing 26.7% of consolidated net profit.
On the international front, we've strengthened our presence with new offices in Portugal, the Netherlands, the United Arab Emirates, and Ireland, and we've also achieved one of the milestones of the year: leading the consortium chosen to develop and maintain applications for the European Patent Office, the largest project in our history.
