The Group's 2023-2024 Business Plan estimates growth of over 29% in 2023 and over 10% in 2024.
Talent is one of our main focuses , and we plan to recruit professionals in cloud computing, systems development, and data science, among others.
Today we are presenting our 2023-2024 Business Plan, in which we forecast growth of over 29% next year compared to 2022, and over 10% in 2024. Overall, we estimate an increase of over 40% over the plan's implementation period. This business development will be accompanied by the hiring of around 500 technology professionals, which will bring our workforce to over 3,700 by the end of 2024.
Specifically, this business plan projects revenues of €215.6 million for 2023 and €237.9 million for 2024, both exceeding the figure obtained in 2022, which stood at €167.2 million. These figures result in a profitability (EBITDA) of 10.8% for the first year and 11.1% for the second, obtaining a net profit of €14.6 million for 2023 and €17.3 million for 2024.
Our focus during this period will be to continue the process of internationalization and growth in markets where we were previously unemployed or had limited experience, initiated following recent acquisitions, including Noesis in 2020 and Bilbomática and Wairbut, which were acquired last summer and are currently in the process of integration. Regarding revenue distribution by region, 2023 and 2024 will be years of continuity, with a greater impact in Spain and the rest of Europe due to the incorporation of new businesses that are particularly established in these regions.
“ The stable growth, proven solvency, and intact values that Altia has had as a company throughout its history demonstrate that we have a long-term vision ,” commented Ignacio Cabanas, Chief Financial Officer. Constantino Fernández, President, states that “ the disruptive change that is taking place in activities, sectors and markets has not been seen to date and has as its fundamental pillar the use of technology, so it is expected that this sector will continue to gain weight and relevance in the global economy, as it has been doing in recent years .”
Attract and retain talent
Along with the Business Plan, we have announced the hiring of approximately 500 technology professionals over the next two years, adding to the 3,200 people currently part of the group of companies we lead. Specifically, we are projected to grow by 256 people in 2023 and 236 in 2024, which will be coordinated with revenue growth.

“ Attracting talent is strategic for our organization. We are a people-centric organization, so we continually strive to attract the best talent to continue achieving new successes together ,” says our president.
Our focus is on talent. and we will continue working in the coming years to make Altia a more attractive organization for industry professionals, with competitive conditions and measures focused on flexibility and a 100% work-life balance.
In 2022, we added 300 people to our team, 95% of whom are technology professionals. These additions have occurred in the areas of cloud computing, architecture, and software development across various technologies, while the current demand for profiles focuses on systems development, cybersecurity, and data science.
Strengthening the ESG approach
Since the publication of our first Sustainability Report in 2014, a testament to our commitment to sustainable growth, our ESG efforts have become increasingly important. With more than 50 social initiatives led last year and reinforced support from our environment, the role of women in the sector, and the visibility of the STEM world, we have significantly strengthened our commitment.
“ We are clear that we will only be important if together we make a positive impact and everyone evolves in the process,” says Fernández.
