Excitement and desire . A lot of desire. That's how we began our adventure 30 years ago , at a time when we couldn't imagine how much technology would grow and encompass today. Thirty years in which everything has changed, but at the same time, nothing has changed : we remain a united group of people, capable and eager to drive the digitalization of our clients, giving our all every day.
ALTIA was founded in 1994 in an office with three people . Three colleagues decided to launch a business project in the world of ICT services and consulting. Since then, Altia has grown in number every day .
If in 2019, on our 25th anniversary, we talked about 14 locations where more than 1,000 professionals worked on projects for 500 clients; today we can say that Altia is present in more than 25 locations in 9 countries, with more than 3,500 professionals applying their innovative vision of technology to relevant projects for organizations that are driving change around the world.
Making a group
The last few years have undoubtedly been exceptional. We've added more strength, people, and talent than we could have imagined. In 2020, NOESIS joined ALTIA, with whom we expanded our territorial reach to the neighboring country and broadened our solutions portfolio, enhancing our international reach. Founded in 1994, this solid company has a solid track record and brings with it a team of more than 1,000 people and offices in different parts of Portugal, Brazil, Ireland, the Netherlands, and the United States.
We thus began to elevate the concept of the Group: the unity that allows us to lead, connect, and explore. A Group that would be further strengthened with the arrival of BILBOMATICA and WAIRBUT in 2022.
With Wairbut , we combine their extensive experience in the public sector, especially in areas such as defense, the interior, and healthcare , bringing with them interesting synergies for the digitalization of our clients and, above all, a team of 170 highly qualified people.
With BILBOMATICA, we're strengthening our position as a key partner. The addition of this company expands our solutions portfolio and brings its strong presence in European agencies , technological vision, and a strengthened presence in public administrations.
