At ALTIA, we continue to advance our social responsibility strategy, adding new initiatives that reinforce our commitment to equality, diversity, and sustainable development. A further step in this direction is our recent endorsement of the Women's Empowerment Principles (WEPs).

This global network, with over 11,000 member organizations in more than 130 countries across five continents, promotes women's empowerment and gender equality in the workplace, the marketplace, and the community. By joining, we commit to integrating these principles at all levels of our organization and actively contributing to a more just and inclusive society.

At ALTIA, we understand that fostering equal work environments is a matter of social justice and a driver of innovation , talent, and sustainable growth. As a member of this network, we share the vision that companies have a key role to play in promoting women's rights and are committed to transforming that commitment into concrete actions.

Joining the WEPs complements other initiatives already part of our sustainability strategy, aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), especially SDG 5 on gender equality. We will continue working to strengthen women's presence at all levels, promote women's leadership, and ensure diverse, safe, and inclusive work environments.
