These awards, presented by the Vivofácil Foundation, aim to recognize and reward the work of various institutions, companies, social stakeholders, and media outlets in promoting work-life balance, co-responsibility, and CSR. The winners will be announced on June 25th at a gala in Madrid.

The event also hosts the 13th National Awards for Excellence in Labor Inclusion and Occupational Risk Prevention for People with Disabilities 2024, which recognize practices dedicated to labor inclusion and occupational risk prevention for people with disabilities.

At Altia, we focus on valuing and empowering the people who make up our team, while also being committed to the community around us. That's why we're proud to be on the VivoFácil Awards shortlist alongside major companies such as Capgemini, the Castile and León Regional Government, Kaspersky, Prosegur, RTVE, and Vogue, among many others.

Proof of our commitment are the various measures and improvements aimed at facilitating the work-life balance of our employees, enabling both men and women to equitably balance their professional and personal responsibilities.

Through flexible working hours, remote work, parental profiles, and other initiatives, we seek to create an environment that fosters harmony between the different aspects of our employees' lives. Our goal is to ensure that everyone at Altia can fully develop both professionally and personally, thus promoting a balance that contributes to their well-being and job satisfaction.
