At ALTIA, we wanted to close out the last quarter of the year by focusing even more on the people who make up our team, holding a series of talks aimed at generating new experiences that help achieve personal well-being.
From self-awareness to stress management and productivity, we've had the opportunity to listen to three professionals who gave us tips and tricks to improve our personal and professional development .
In the first talk, "From Self-Knowledge to Top Contributor ," we were joined by Emma Giner , Director of Human Resources and Operations, with over 20 years of experience developing teams in multicultural environments. With her, we took a journey through the different organizational models that companies have followed, analyzing aspects such as leadership, strategy, and operations. Self-knowledge is key to becoming an organization's Top Contributor, facilitating the shift toward a sustainable and healthy organization, committed to its teams.
In the second, we focus on stress management, accompanied by Aïnhoa Mallo , director of Nordés Club Empresarial, who has over 30 years of experience in foreign trade, leadership, and multicultural team management. We address some key aspects of stress management in a practical way, presenting tools for transforming stress into a driver of change .
To close out the year, we spoke with José Mª Villarmea , a trainer and consultant specializing in helping companies and professionals boost personal productivity, about Personal and Emotional Time Management . With him, we learned how our brain works to achieve greater emotional well-being, become more effective in managing our time, and acquire a series of positive principles and habits to improve personal management, increase the perception of control, and reduce stress.
With this initiative, we continue to engage in initiatives that improve the overall health of all the people at Altia, adding it to other well-established initiatives such as digital disconnection, work-life balance programs, and our equality plans. During 2023, we are committed to continuing to work and create initiatives that focus on people, our driving force, to continue growing together.
