Docuten is a company dedicated to promoting the complete digitalization of companies through digital signatures and the issuance and reception of electronic invoices .
The company has clients such as Omnium and Alsa and saved its customers more than €30 million in 2021. This investment is being made in conjunction with Zona Franca de Vigo , which has contributed another €600,000.
The investment, which totals €1.2 million , expands the expansion possibilities of this Galician business with offices in A Coruña and Madrid.
The transaction aims to boost the growth strategy implemented in recent years , thanks to which Docuten has managed to consolidate its position in the Spanish market as one of the best-positioned digitalization companies for medium- and large-sized clients, and to redouble its commitment to the Portuguese market .
Join a project to add value
ALTIA and Zona Franca de Vigo join GoHub Ventures and Torsa Capital , which became shareholders of Docuten in December 2019. The complementary capabilities of the four stakeholders allow them to add value and accelerate Docuten's expansion , as well as support the area's SME business community in its innovation process.
Thanks to this transaction, ALTIA continues its strategy of innovating and growing with solutions that facilitate the digitalization of its customers and the evolution of their businesses . Furthermore, it supports a project in the midst of expansion and for which strong growth prospects are expected following the successive regulatory changes that are increasingly promoting electronic signatures and invoicing .
