The program is aimed at recent graduates or students completing their degree who want to enter the IT industry as professionals, becoming part of a multidisciplinary team capable of generating and transferring knowledge. The initial phase is being created for the Alicante office, although the initiative is expected to be extended to the company's other offices in the short and medium term.

The program was born with the idea of creating a team prepared to capture trends, innovations, and new approaches to doing things that deliver differentiated results. Hunters will benefit from a mentoring, motivation, and training program that will allow them to anticipate future challenges and contribute solutions to Altia projects through research, the creation of new tools, and the subsequent dissemination of technological knowledge to the rest of the company. The Hunter team will become a true benchmark within the company.

“We want a team made up of proactive people who choose their own area of expertise, capable of providing the most efficient and powerful vision for each possible solution, and who form a cutting-edge technology team,” says José Luis Antón, software architect at the Alicante office and head of the initiative . “They should be in touch with the latest technologies and able to tell the rest of the company what they do, how they work, and what projects they can be used in. They should show us new approaches, new ways of doing things. Being a Hunter means accepting the challenge of testing new solutions that deliver differentiated results. Ultimately, we want talent and technology to go hand in hand at Hunters. And to that end, we are creating a team of people with a passion for technology and who seek a life linked to IT.”

Valencian Community and Murcia

Recruitment is underway at universities in the Valencian Community and Murcia to join the Alicante office, which already has the first team members. "Being a Hunter requires a certain technological foundation and, above all, concepts, more than technology, as well as a great deal of motivation and guidance," says José Luis Antón. "The goal of the Hunters program is to provide opportunities for internal growth and strengthen the company's various architectural areas," says Antón.

In the initial phase, the Hunters program was launched in the Alicante office, with the aim of expanding it to Altia's other offices in Spain, Portugal, Brazil, Chile, the United States, Ireland, and the Netherlands in the short and medium term.
