We carried out a cloud digital transformation project at Grupo Nortempo. The implementation of a comprehensive IT solution, which meets all the requirements, has allowed the human resources company to enhance efficiency, redundancy, integrity, flexibility, adaptability, and data security , while also enabling better resource management and data-driven strategic decision-making . The service transition was carried out without impacting production.

With presence in Spain, Portugal, Argentina, Colombia, Peru, and Uruguay, it has stood out for its commitment to innovation and continuous improvement, offering comprehensive HR solutions and service outsourcing. Its constant expansion and diversification demanded an IT system that could not only keep pace with its growth but also anticipate future market needs . To this end, it has partnered with ALTIA, which is launching a project to enable the service transition to be carried out without any impact on production , allowing operations to continue at all times and transparently for users.
Key objectives
Our project sets several key objectives: consolidate and optimize corporate systems in a single cloud provider , provide high availability and perimeter security , guarantee application performance and scalability , and offer close and agile technical support , along with a higher level of technical advice , consulting and best practices in the management and approach of new IT projects. To this end, we implemented a comprehensive IT solution with consolidation of servers and systems in a unified Private Cloud platform , significantly improving efficiency and redundancy. Advanced security protocols were also implemented to guarantee data integrity and privacy, which will allow Nortempo to manage its resources more efficiently and make better data-driven decisions.
The new IT infrastructure has raised the bar for security and reliability. The ability to scale services based on demand has allowed Nortempo greater flexibility and adaptability, resulting in more informed and strategic decision-making.
