AltiaDigitalHub is a program to empower talent and change the way we understand technology, focused on recent graduates and students. Its goal is to foster talent, with full integration into the company through tools and subprograms that support professional and personal development, with an eye toward the future and individual growth.
ADH members collaborate firsthand on innovative projects where they gain insight into current technological trends, with a direct impact on society, with the support of expert professionals in the field and in a collaborative environment geared toward continuous improvement.
The Ranking of Companies Committed to Youth is a recognition by the International Youth Organization for Ibero-America (OIJ) and the International Organization of Human Capital Managers (DCH) which includes companies and entities from the private sector that have taken action to promote the recruitment of young talent within the company, with internal policies to enhance their empowerment and training and with direct investments in public programs for the young population.
