
Today we signed an agreement with Verne Technology Group for the acquisition of its Data and Artificial Intelligence business unit, also including its specialized training division, Verne Academy. The acquisition is valued at €4.15 million and involves the addition of more than 110 professionals.
This transaction adds value and improves the competitiveness of both companies. On the one hand, we significantly strengthen our position in the fields of data analytics, artificial intelligence, and IT training, while Verne Technology Group continues its strategy of focusing on its core business in the telecommunications sector. The two acquired units had revenues of €7.7 million and EBITDA of €0.9 million in 2024.
The acquisition is part of our inorganic growth strategy, particularly focused on key areas such as Data Governance and AI. The acquired Verne Technology Group business stands out for its specialization in Business Intelligence consulting, real-time interactive reporting using leading technologies such as Power BI and Qlik Sense, and the advanced integration of Artificial Intelligence with data analytics through solutions such as Microsoft Fabric.
