For the second consecutive year, we have been included in the Ranking of Companies Committed to Youth . This recognition from the International Youth Organization for Ibero-America (OIJ) and the International Organization of Human Capital Managers (DCH) highlights our efforts to train and empower young talent through our AltiaDigitalHub program.
Aimed at recent graduates and students , AltiaDigitalHub aims to empower talent and transform the way we understand technology. This program, developed by Altia, demonstrates our focus on people through training and talent promotion. During 2023, we have 140 people in our internship program, 71% of whom will subsequently join the workforce.
The Ranking of Companies Committed to Youth includes 50 companies and private sector entities that consider intergenerational goals and propose solutions to support young people in their transition to working life and their personal and professional development within the company.
