
We have formalized the acquisition of 100% of the technology consulting firm IN2. With this acquisition, we strengthen our presence in Catalonia, add more than 150 new professionals, bringing the total to more than 4,000 employees; and expand our portfolio of technological solutions in strategic sectors such as healthcare, social services, tourism, and transportation.
For an initial amount of €4 million, the transaction includes a variable payment of up to €3.5 million, subject to the achievement of business objectives over the next five years.
Headquartered in Barcelona and with over 30 years of experience, IN2 is a technology consulting firm with a highly experienced team and annual revenues of €8 million. The company excels in the execution of technology projects in key sectors such as healthcare, social services, tourism, transportation, and Industry 4.0. IN2 has established itself as a leader in the digital transformation of both private and public organizations, particularly in Catalonia, thanks to its innovative capacity and customer-focused approach.

The incorporation of IN2 into Altia strengthens our position in Catalonia, where we have been operating since opening our Barcelona office in February 2020. This transaction expands our capabilities and our technological solutions offering, allowing us to further strengthen our relationship with current clients and explore new opportunities.
