The program includes visits to our facilities and participation in the second edition of the Imagine Your Company contest.

The goal of this initiative is to strengthen entrepreneurial education and foster vocations among schoolchildren, as well as to promote the values of family businesses , which represent 92.4% of Galicia's business community and directly employ 371,000 people in the region.

The program began on March 4th at the Manuel Peleteiro CPR in Santiago de Compostela, with a masterclass by Julio Simarro , commercial director of Congalsa . The months of March and April are concentrated on classes and talks by entrepreneurs and student visits to companies. In our case, the students from the Rafael Puga Ramón Institute received a talk by Tino Fernández , president of Altia , on March 10th at the institute's facilities, and today they visited our offices in Oleiros, A Coruña .

Thanks to these types of initiatives, we have the opportunity to collaborate in guiding young people about their future careers, in spreading the culture of entrepreneurship among more than 500 students aged 12 to 18, in reinforcing academic knowledge related to business, and thus awakening an entrepreneurial vocation among young Galicians.
