At ALTIA, we closed the first half of 2025 with generally positive results, confirming, once again, our growth trend and reinforcing our customer-centric, long-term results-driven strategy. Revenue reached €150.6 million, a 17.2% increase compared to the first half of 2024, representing 50.2% of the target set in our 2025-2026 Business Plan.

The group's performance in the first six months of 2025 was also positive in terms of profitability, with improvements in EBITDA (+6.0%) and Net Profit (+14.1%) compared to the same period of the previous year. The incorporation of new businesses with lower-than-usual profitability levels that need to be streamlined, investment in new markets expected to begin yielding results in the short term, and talent acquisition and retention policies in a context of talent shortage explain why the increase in revenue was not fully translated into EBITDA or Net Profit. In any case, given the historically positive seasonality that characterizes our activity in the second half of the year, it is highly likely that the main profitability metrics will meet or come very close to the targets set in the 2025-2026 Business Plan.

The results obtained in the first half of 2025 continue to confirm the strength of ALTIA's business and maintain the positive trend of recent years. The growth recorded during this period makes us optimistic about achieving the objectives set out in the business plan for the next two years. This is healthy growth, with solid profitability levels, which, together with the effort to reduce external debt (valued at -€2.8 million during the period) and optimal cash generation, allow us to strengthen the Group's solvency in a period in which we have completed the acquisition of the Data&IA and Naveia businesses exclusively with our own funds, with the consequent effect on the levels of cash generated,” said Ignacio Cabanas, Chief Financial Officer of ALTIA.

At ALTIA, we operate in the ICT services market from a favorable position, actively participating in an environment where the demand for technological solutions and specialized talent continues to expand, driven by business digitalization and the rise of data management and governance services. Our company is strategically positioned to capitalize on the structural growth trend projected for the sector in the coming years.
