AUTOMATION

Speeding up the time spent on completing tasks, as well as improving their accuracy, was already essential last year and will continue to be so in 2023. More and more tools and developments will be deployed designed to improve effectiveness and free us from manual processes that take up time and do not provide any added value, allowing us to focus on actions that provide real, differential value: our core business.

Automation consists of the mechanization of manual and repetitive tasks performed by human resources. When combined with artificial intelligence, machine learning, and RPA, we find hyperautomation or intelligent automation.

This will allow us, for example, to detect processes whose automation provides cost savings and efficiency improvements, providing a qualitative leap to all types of organizations, both private and public, and to all types of departments, as demonstrated by its growth in financial processes, marketing or the area of human resources.
