How did you find out about Altia Premia?
I learned about the Altia Premia program through the university. Every year, as soon as we begin our final project, they inform us of the opportunities we can access through this project, and it's a blessing to have programs like this, which ultimately recognize all the effort we've put in.
What were you looking to improve with your TFG?
I became involved in a project underway at the Singular Center for Research in Intelligent Technologies (Citius) , and the topic caught my attention from the very beginning. I've always been interested in applying my technical knowledge to sustainability and systems optimization . With this project, we sought to optimize the consumption of measuring devices, with applications in agriculture, for example. They could be placed in different locations and operate autonomously, collecting measurements while being powered by small power sources, such as solar panels. This allowed for better control of the work with lower consumption.
What has winning the Altia Premia meant to you?
Mainly, recognition for the work I've done and the opportunity to showcase my efforts. It's also allowed me to get to know Altia better , where I currently work.

Altia Premia, recognition of your talent, passion and effort
In this 4th edition, we will award a prize of €1,500 to a final degree project defended in 2022, corresponding to the 2021/2022 academic year for the Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering .
