Dual Training is business-focused and represents training tailored to the real, current needs of companies focused on digital DNA and with a clear commitment to innovation that enables them to meet the challenges of a hyper-accelerated environment.
The training allows for the improvement of technological talent in Galicia, training future professionals in Information and Communication Technologies (ICT). In this sense, for Ángela Souto, Talent Acquisition Manager at Altia: “We have created an innovative cycle, with a structured and experiential program in which they can put everything they've learned into practice, in 100% real-life projects, in an immersive way and with updated content that prepares them to address all the needs that arise in the labor market. Our mission is to continue promoting digital education and talent in Galicia by training highly qualified new professionals for the technological world. Therefore, we do not rule out extending this training model to other offices across Spain in the future .”
The program is operating with a total of 14 students between the 2021-2022 and current 2022-2023 academic years and combines training at the associated center, in this case the IES Fernando Wirtz in A Coruña, with training in the company, through a specific agreement between the Department of Culture, Education and University and Altia.
