We're launching the second edition of our Dual Advanced Course in Web Application Development, in collaboration with the IES Fernando Wirtz Secondary Education Institute. Following the success of the first edition, this year we received 120 applications from young people interested in participating in this training program for 15 students, a pioneer in the region.
The search for and retention of talent is one of the greatest challenges facing companies in the Information Technology sector, and promoting dual vocational training has become one of the keys to solving this challenge. In this context, we anticipate the growing demand for dual training in education with the second edition of the program in collaboration with the Fernando Wirtz High School. The initiative seeks to promote the integration of young people into the workforce, facilitate their transition to the professional market , and create a cohesive team of motivated professionals eager to learn.
Commitment to training and talent
This week, the provisional list of the 15 people who will have the opportunity to train in this program was announced. As part of our commitment to training and talent development, we have decided to once again promote this initiative that combines academic education with practical experience in the workplace . The selected students will participate in international projects and leading companies, learn from professionals of more than ten nationalities, and receive training using an adapted, accelerated, and personalized method.

The second edition of the Dual Advanced Cycle in Web Application Development will open up new opportunities for young students interested in the field of technology and web application development, and confirms our position as a leader in fostering talent and providing specialized training in Galicia.
In addition to our collaboration with the IES Fernando Wirtz, this year we will also participate in the Dual Vocational Training program at the IES San Clemente in Santiago de Compostela, thus extending our commitment to education and talent development in the community.
