We have been selected by the Ministry of Labor and Social Economy (MITES) to carry out the creation and integration of a new electronic office for €1,397,000. The fundamental objective of this project is to modernize the electronic office to offer better service to citizens and businesses that interact with MITES, increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of administrative procedures and processes through the incorporation of advanced technologies and modern security and accessibility standards.

MITES is a central institution in the Spanish public administration, responsible for the regulation and supervision of labor relations, social security, and employment policies. Facing the challenge of modernizing its systems and improving its digital interaction with citizens, MITES has chosen us to lead this transformation thanks to our experience and capacity in large-scale technological projects.

The MITES (Ministry of Labor and Social Economy) electronic office modernization project, Creation and Integration of a New Electronic Office for the Ministry of Labor and Social Economy, includes updating the catalog of available procedures and gradually incorporating the different procedures managed through the new office. The initiative includes integration with the main systems already used by the Administration, ensuring more efficient and secure management of data and procedures.

The new electronic office will be developed using responsive, secure, and accessible solutions based on service-oriented architectures. The user experience will be prioritized, ensuring intuitive and simple navigation that allows for online procedures at any time.

Phases and benefits

The project will be rolled out in several phases. The first phase involves updating the catalog of procedures available on the MITES electronic office. This will be followed by the implementation of new features and the addition of additional procedures. This phase includes the integration of the new platform with existing administrative systems and the incorporation of advanced security and accessibility technologies to ensure an efficient and secure service. In addition, MITES staff will undergo extensive training and knowledge transfer to ensure they are trained to optimally use the new electronic office. This training will be essential to ensure a smooth transition and effective adoption of new technologies and procedures.

Among the notable benefits of this agreement, MITES will be able to offer improved service to citizens and businesses, facilitating faster and more efficient procedures. Furthermore, transparency and security in data management will be increased, complying with the highest cybersecurity standards.

We are truly pleased to collaborate with MITES on this important project,” says Natalia García, Director of Public Sector at Altia. “Our experience implementing digital solutions allows us to address modernization challenges with an innovative and effective approach. With this new e-office, citizens and businesses will enjoy more efficient and secure access to public services.”

The project to create and integrate a new electronic headquarters for MITES represents a significant step forward in the modernization of the Spanish public administration and reinforces our commitment to digital transformation and technological innovation. With this agreement, we consolidate our position as a strategic partner in the digitalization of public services, contributing to a more efficient, accessible, and secure administration for all.
