The platform has a document management component that stores all processed reservations in PDF format in ALTIA's Data Center, regardless of whether the reservation communication originates from email or the web. Therefore, it can be used to complement or supplement other client systems, providing greater information about the reservation lifecycle.

By acting as a cloud-based document repository, all documents will be accessible online and can be accessed from external systems (ERP, PMS, etc.).
