We have been awarded the Reconciliation Mention at the Galicia 2026 CSR Awards , granted by the Xunta de Galicia, in recognition of our commitment to the reconciliation of personal and working life.
Through these awards, the Xunta highlights the importance of promoting a business culture that puts people at the center and advances in areas such as workplace well-being, work-life balance and co-responsibility, equal opportunities, diversity and sustainability.
This recognition adds to the Galicia CSR Award we received in 2019 in the Large Company category , continuing a trajectory of commitment to social responsibility that we have been developing and expanding throughout these years.
Work-life balance as part of our way of doing business
At ALTIA we understand work-life balance as an essential part of how we manage people, seeking to respond to their different needs throughout their professional and personal lives.
With this approach, we work to promote a work environment based on flexibility, trust and co-responsibility , which makes it easier to combine professional development with the different circumstances of personal life.
This commitment is realized through initiatives that seek to respond to different needs of our people, such as flexible working hours, adaptation measures linked to family or personal situations, and aid and resources intended to facilitate work-life balance.
The Mention of Reconciliation recognizes precisely this vision: reconciliation not as an isolated set of measures, but as part of a company culture that puts people at the center.
This recognition motivates us to continue moving towards a more humane and sustainable business model.
This recognition highlights a shared commitment that is part of our culture and is built from day to day.
During the award ceremony, Josefina Fernández, Director of Sustainability at ALTIA, highlighted the importance of understanding work-life balance from a holistic perspective, linked to trust and the ability to support people in their different circumstances: “ For ALTIA, work-life balance is not just about providing certain measures, but about creating a work environment where professional development coexists harmoniously with the different circumstances and stages of each person's life .”
The award we received reinforces our commitment to people management that integrates work-life balance, well-being and professional development as part of our way of growing.
