It is a program that seeks to promote vocational appeal towards STEAM careers (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics).

This activity is aimed at secondary and high schools. Participating schools will receive a GenTech presentation to introduce their students to digital professions, highlighting the opportunities available in the current and future job market.

GenTech creates a space for conversation with the participation of ALTIA professionals who share their experience from a real, practical and inspiring perspective with the aim of awakening the technological gene.

GenTech is an ALTIA initiative designed to foster young people's technological aptitude and encourage STEAM careers.

This activity is part of the DigiTalent Plan of the Agency for Technological Modernization of Galicia (AMTEGA) for the promotion of digital talent. Its objective is to spark interest in science and technology among young people and help students, graduates, and professionals adapt to the new digital profiles required by technological transformation.
