Today we welcome the people who are joining the third edition of our Dual Vocational Training program in Web Application Development , an initiative that we consolidate year after year as part of our commitment to training and promoting technological talent.
This program was developed in collaboration with IES Fernando Wirtz , a leading center for technological training, with whom we share the goal of bridging the gap between the educational environment and the business world. Through this model, students combine their academic training with practical experience , alternating classroom learning with their time at ALTIA.
During their time at the company, students are integrated into our teams from day one, participating in real-world projects and gaining firsthand experience of our culture , work methodology , and the day-to-day operations of the technology sector . This approach allows them to develop both technical skills and key soft skills for their future careers.
