We have published our 2025 Sustainability Report, a document that summarizes the group's environmental, social, and governance performance over the past year and reinforces our vision of technology as a driver of real growth for organizations and society. The report summarizes a year in which we continued to advance our responsible growth model, with a particular focus on talent development, consolidating a robust management framework, reducing our environmental impact, and integrating ESG criteria into our operations.
This report comes at a time of evolution, as in 2025 we renewed our corporate identity under the motto "Technology for real growth". Based on this, we positioned sustainability as a cross-cutting element of our business model and value proposition, combining growth, internationalization, innovation, and responsibility.
On the social front, the Report focuses on people as the cornerstone of the group's development. We closed the year with 4,270 professionals from 44 nationalities and maintained a high level of job stability, with 98.4% of the workforce on permanent contracts. This is complemented by the addition of 1,338 new employees during the year, the continued commitment to skills development, with 133,646 hours of training delivered, 32,929 of which were related to ESG issues, and the launch of Leaders of the Future, a cross-functional program to identify and develop the next generation of group leaders.
Progress
The report also highlights progress in diversity, equity, and inclusion, an area in which we have strengthened our commitment during 2025 with new agreements and measures. These include joining the Women's Empowerment Principles promoted by UN Women and the United Nations Global Compact, with the aim of continuing to foster equal work environments and promote female leadership. At the end of the year, women held 29.48% of leadership positions and 27% of the Board of Directors, in a sector where the gender gap remains a structural reality.
“At ALTIA, we believe that technology only makes sense when it contributes to generating real growth,” says Constantino Fernández, president of ALTIA. “This report reflects a way of understanding the company in which economic development must be accompanied by stable employment, training, integrity, environmental responsibility, and a long-term vision. Our commitment, without a doubt, is to continue growing while maintaining the consistency of our model and using technology to generate a positive impact on people, organizations, and society.”
In the environmental sphere, we continue to make progress in measuring and managing our footprint, as well as improving the efficiency of our operations. Key indicators for 2025 include a 39.1% reduction in greenhouse gas emissions in relative terms for the period 2022-2024, and energy consumption of 2,870.59 MWh, representing a ratio of 0.67 MWh per employee, 21.17% lower than the previous year. The report also notes that 96.15% of waste was reused or recovered, reflecting the group's progress in the responsible management of resources and waste.
Integrity and oversight framework
In terms of governance, we emphasize the strengthening of our internal policies, controls, and mechanisms to support our growth with a robust framework of integrity and oversight. During 2025, we continued to develop our management system in areas such as privacy, information security, and business conduct. The report includes 13,046 hours of information security training, the approval of new policies such as the Artificial Intelligence Policy and the Human Rights Policy, and the activity of our ethics channels, through which communications received during the year were managed.
“This Sustainability Report confirms our firm commitment to the United Nations Global Compact, which we joined in 2024, as well as our contribution to the 2030 Agenda through a strategy that connects digital transformation with the creation of social, environmental, and economic value,” says Josefina Fernández, Sustainability & ESG Director at ALTIA. “Our vision of sustainability is linked to how we design our solutions, develop our teams, engage with stakeholders, and make business decisions.”
With the publication of this new report, we are consolidating a line of work focused on integrating sustainability throughout the organization and strengthening transparency regarding our progress and priorities. At a time marked by technological acceleration, regulatory demands, and the need to respond to increasingly complex social and environmental challenges, we maintain that growth can only be sustainable if it is based on responsible, measurable foundations that are consistent with our purpose.
