We have joined as collective partners of the Spanish Nuclear Society (SNE), an entity that brings together professionals, companies and organizations linked to the nuclear sector and that carries out important work in the exchange of knowledge, dissemination and promotion of scientific and technological development in this field.
With this addition, we take another step in our strategy to continue growing and consolidating our presence in the energy and nuclear sector, a highly specialized environment in which technology plays an increasingly important role.
We have experience in the development and provision of technological services for organizations linked to the energy and nuclear sector, working in environments characterized by high requirements for safety, reliability, operational continuity and regulatory compliance .
This experience allows us to contribute capabilities in areas such as the development and evolution of information systems, Data & Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, cybersecurity, automation, modernization of applications and technological infrastructures, supporting organizations in the evolution of their systems and processes.
“Our membership in the Spanish Nuclear Society reflects ALTIA’s commitment to further develop our expertise in a sector where we believe we can contribute significant value through technology. We want to be close to its professionals, understand their challenges, and contribute to its technological evolution.” Joan Ramón Guillén , Director at ALTIA.
Joining the SNE will allow us to participate more actively in the nuclear ecosystem , strengthen our relationship with its professionals and organizations, share knowledge and experiences, and identify new areas where technology can contribute to the evolution of the sector.
Furthermore, this membership responds to a strategic vision regarding the needs of an area in which aspects such as security, traceability, knowledge management, resilience and operational continuity are fundamental.
Technology to meet the challenges of the nuclear sector
The nuclear industry is immersed in a process of evolution in which challenges related to digitalization, knowledge management, modernization of technological systems, data exploitation, cybersecurity and the progressive incorporation of new Artificial Intelligence capabilities converge.
In this context, we put our experience in technological transformation and our ability to work in complex, regulated and highly critical environments at the service of organizations in the sector.
Technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Data & Analytics and automation can contribute to improving processes and capabilities, always from an approach that takes into account the high requirements of security, reliability, traceability and control inherent to these environments.
SNE Annual Meeting
As part of our incorporation into the Spanish Nuclear Society, we will participate in its next Annual Meeting, which will be held in A Coruña in October 2026, one of the main meeting points for professionals and organizations linked to the nuclear sector.
We will also be participating in the technical program of the event with a presentation on the application of Artificial Intelligence in the nuclear sector , in which we will share some of the lines of work and innovation we are developing. This presentation will be given by Pablo Méndez , Director of Artificial Intelligence at ALTIA, on October 9, from 9:00 to 10:30 a.m., in Room 6.
This participation will allow us to continue sharing knowledge, getting closer to the main challenges of the sector and strengthening our relationship with the professionals and organizations that are part of the nuclear ecosystem.
With this addition, we continue to advance in our commitment to the energy sector and to a technology capable of contributing to the efficiency, security, resilience and innovation capacity of organizations.
