Artificial intelligence is no longer an experiment in banking. Most institutions have pilot programs underway, but few have managed to scale them and translate them into tangible benefits. The question is no longer whether to adopt AI, but where it generates value, how to implement it reliably, and who governs it.

Therefore, we have organized Beyond Banking: From AI to Value, an executive meeting that will take place next Wednesday, November 18, at 11:15 a.m., at the Club Financiero Génova (Madrid).

This event was created to answer these questions with real-world examples, not empty promises. ALTIA will bring together a select group of technology leaders from the financial sector to share what's working, what has fallen by the wayside, and what decisions should be made looking ahead to 2027.

During the session, we will delve into three issues that concern any management committee today:

• Where is the value? Which use cases are already generating measurable impact on growth, operational efficiency, risk management, and customer experience?
• What changes with agentic AI? The evolution from co-pilots to agents capable of executing complex processes autonomously and under supervision, and what this implies for the operating model.
• How can you scale reliably? Architecture, integration with core systems, security, data governance, and return on investment measurement, within an increasingly demanding regulatory framework (AI Act, DORA).

The event combines insight and practical application: a conversation between financial sector executives and a live demonstration of an AI agent that handles an end-to-end banking process. All of this takes place in an executive and participatory format, designed to foster open discussions among peers and generate actionable ideas that participants can implement immediately.
