Terms and conditions for event registration
Pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter, GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights (hereinafter, LOPDGDD), you are hereby informed that the personal data provided through this form will be processed by Altia Consultores, SA for the purpose of managing registration and communications relating to the event.
Furthermore, in accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 1/1982, of May 5, on the civil protection of the right to honor, personal and family privacy, and one's own image, please be advised that participation in the event may involve the capture of your image through any means. These images may be used for internal and external communication purposes through the company's usual channels (including website, corporate social media, annual reports, and other corporate materials), as well as for advertising purposes at job fairs and product launches (using brochures, flyers, posters, roll-up banners, and signs). Under no circumstances will the images be used for purposes other than those indicated here, nor will they be transferred to third parties outside the organization, except when legally required or when it is necessary to engage marketing and communication service providers for their processing. Due to the voluntary nature of the event and the taking of general, environmental, and group photographs and videos, Altia Consultores, SA cannot guarantee the individual exclusion of attendees from the images. Consequently, the processing of personal image data is lawful based on the consent given when registering on the form.
Data subjects may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, limitation or objection to processing recognized by data protection regulations, as well as consult additional information on data protection, as established in the Privacy and Data Protection Policy included in the Legal Notice of the corporate website (https://www.altiacompany.com/aviso-legal).
